Click on your username in the top-right of the screen next to 'Inbox' and 'Alerts', and in the drop-down menu, click on External Accounts. When you get to the next screen, there should be either a button or a link to connect your Steam accounts. You'll have to log in and enter a code recognizing your account's association with an external site, but afterwards, you should be fully connected and good to go~
