How do I sync my cloud world and local world?

I have a cloud world and a local version of that cloud world since I often play on it while I have no wifi. Whenever I load it, it asks if i want to use the cloud world or local version of that save. The local version is more recent, but since this started happening, the cloud version doesn't update at all, and recently this also started happening with my character too. What should i do?

I have a similar problem, mine stopped asking so i can't update my character and world so i have an empty character and world

Inever had this. In fact the how system isn't a orking properly. I don't even get the tags on the copied save... i basically just copy my save over to a extra slot...
