The introduction section is used as a way to introduce yourself to the community. And share info you wish to share about yourself.
For getting help with the game, we have sections dedicated to this, which include PC Bug Reports & PC Technical Support, along with Console/Mobile versions of these.
Because you are seeking help, your Thread has been moved to Technical Support. The way for people to best be able to assist with your issue is to provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are having. If your Thread is of a nature unrelated to running the game itself, or for a different platform of the game, you may also report your Thread to have it moved to a different section.
