PS4 I can't play with my one friend but i can play with my other friends.

When i try to join my best friend's game it stops to the resetting objects part and then it says: "Error! Failed to join the session. The session either is full or cannot be found." It can't be full cause its just me and my friend. I am not sure is this bug but i need help with this.
 
Try restarting your game. If not that, make sure it's not on Invite Only, and try and join them from a party.
