"The color(s) green, brown, gray, purple, and pink is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a tree with a brown trunk and green leaves with the term "TERRARIA" to the right of it in stylized font, and outlined in a depiction of green grass. All of the letters in the term "TERRARIA" are depicted in brown, except for the "i", which is depicted in gray. The "t", "e", second "r", third "r", and "a" all have portions that are depicted in gray. There are tufts of grass that appear outside of the grass outline and a purple flower that appears outside of the grass outline above the "e" and a pink flower that appears outside of the grass outline above the third "r"."
Also, it took about a little more than a year for the Trademark to be registered, as the game released on May of 2011.
Also note that trademarks protect the usage of a game's title and logo, as compared to copyrights, which claim explicit usage of specific fantasy concepts and ideas.
