i need help

so around a month or two ago both all my worlds and characters were suddenly deleted for no reason, would anyone possibly know what had happend to the worlds and character and would you possibly know how to get them back?

Your best bet is to check your folders in file explorer. There are separate folders for Worlds and Players, there may be a few backups for the files you want
