Greetings, fellow Terrarians, I seek some guidance. :<
Not sure if that's the correct why to spell it, but any whom I mined down there for a very long extensive period of time, and well take a look for yourself.

I'm fairly certain there's a bug in my game, which doesn't render the temple to spawn.
Any assistance?

Did you explore through the entire jungle yet? Cause it looks like there's more you haven't explored at the right. The Lihzahrd Temple might be there all along.

Indeed, I'd head over to the right. If you want to make it easier on yourself, try getting a few mining potions and night owl potions.

Like others have said, I recommend you comb through every bit of jungle. Depending on how kind your worldgen is, it miiiight be on the very edge of the jungle.

You can also spot it more easily with dangersense potions because all the traps will be highlighted by it.
