Ice Mirror disappeared

For some reason, as I went from a multiplayer world to my own singleplayer world, my Ice Mirror in hotbar slot 0 (which is actually 10) disappeared and has not come back. That's pretty bad. I don't know if it was the mirror or the slot, but this is a bug I don't want to try to reproduce.

if you do try to reproduce it, but with unimportant items like dirt, maybe? put all your special belongings in a piggy bank and put dirt in the hotbar, and then try to craft something like how my bug was happening: PC - held items disappearing

Im going to try the same to try and find a more specific way to reproduce it

Hmm. Mine was not selected at the time, and only seemed to happen after changing worlds. These may be similar but unrelated issues.
