Other In game notifications (more noticeable)

Another suggestion

Would it be possible to make the in game notices more noticeable?

For example when spelunking underground often I miss the notices in the bottom left corner about the travelling merchant, etc.

Would it be possible to make the text bigger or have it pulse bright dim for a minute or something to make it more noticeable for a longer amount of time??

Changing the UI scale also increases chat text size. I recommend 130%.
