Inconsistent requirements for Android platform

It seems like there is something broken with Terraria requirements on Google Play.
Announced Terraia requirements for Android: "Requires Android OS 4.0.3 and above and 512MB RAM (1GB RAM recommended)."
Devivce: Modecom Freetab 8014, Android 4.2.2, 1GB RAM.
Still shows "Not compatible with your device" in Google Play.
Guess something need to be fixed somewhewre. Either in requirements or in description.

PS If moved to this device from another Terraria runs smoothly.

I have the same problem. Can't find any solutions.

My solution was to install on another device and then copy application to target device using ApkExtractor or similar application. And it works without problems.
