Is there a reason why specification is not required on Console-version bug reports?

You'll see something like this on Desktop bug reports,

And something like this on Mobile bug reports.

But why doesn't Console have this?

Console doesn't need it as much, and those radio buttons can be a pain on the backend setup sometimes. We used to be able to search by each radio button (which could be helpful in figuring out if an issue was affecting only one operating system or so), but that search function is gone now, so the radio buttons are not as much of a priority anymore.

It definitely matters on PC whether you are playing on a Windows operating system versus a Mac operating system, and can matter even more which Windows operating system. It definitely matters on Mobile what operating system your device is, and can matter even more which device you're on as there are thousands.

But when there is a bug on Xbox One, there's not much more that needs to be known. Sometimes it matters whether it's Xbox One or Xbox Series S/X, but the prefix before the thread will already differentiate that. There's no different operating systems to worry about, there's no different devices. Consoles don't have the variation issues that PC and Mobile have.
