Is this something new in Overhaul, or have people known about this bug?

So I've been playing Overhaul with other people recently, and during said times I've found out about a bug that I'm not sure if anyone else knows about (granted I haven't really looked around so). Basically, the quick action button is broken where there are two people in a server. You can bypass potion sickness, use weapons without ammo/consumables, etc. Below are two videos showing a few of these with and without other mods.

A few extra things I've found:
- You HAVE to be in multiplayer with another person. Quick action is still bugged when you're in a multiplayer without others, but it's only visual
- The glitch occasionally fails. I believe this is due to having your cursor too close to an entity in terms of the bug net (the most consistent item), but for something such as the copper shortsword, I believe it fails because of the speed it moved at.
-It works with sentries, but ONLY during Old One's Army. If used outside of it, it'll only place down one sentry.
-It works with fishing rods, but only sends out max 3 lines
