PC Items from mods disappearing

I started a new world with mods and everything was going well until items and blocks just started disappearing. Steam was updating and after I got in Terraria, it said welcome to TModLoader when I already downloaded it and played it before. The things that disappeared were a Reach Chest (spirit mod), some items in other chests but the chests themselves didn't disappear, and damascus ore (Universe of Swords) from the underground. There was just a gap where the damascus ore was when I was going back for it since my pickaxe was strong enough. Also there was an insane amount of lag when for a few seconds when I joined the world but it only lagged once.

The mods I had on were:

  • Shorter Respawn Time v1.0
  • imkSushi's Mod v4.3.1
  • Spirit Mod v1.3.5.4
  • Thorium Mod v1.6.1.4
  • Calamity Mod Music v1.4.2.1
  • Calamity Mod (No Calamity Music) v1.4.2.111
The only mod that wasn't on was Cheat Sheet v.0.6.3

Did you accidentally disable a mod? Or, Have any errors while reloading, As some of those could disable some mods.

I thought it automatically turned off mods but all my mods that were on were on. There weren't any errors.
