Lag while streaming

I am streaming on twitch, and I am getting lots of lag. I get around 60 FPS when not streaming, but when I am I get around 35. Other games are fine, it's just Terraria. The sky biome is the only place where I get no lag. I am doing a gravity challenge, so living in the sky is not the best idea... Any help?

Have you been into the graphics settings and disabled all the high end stuff? Turn off parallax, No backgrounds, etc. That would be the first place to start.
