Items Lihzahrd Power Cell Item Size

Apparently, Copper Coin and Lihzahrd Power Cell share similar sizes. This makes automatically farming the Power Cells and clearing Copper Coins hard.
The Lihzahrd Power Cell should have a larger sprite size so that it isn't destroyed. Can the devs please take pity on all the farms that produce no cells?

Part of it is the fact that it's a somewhat rare drop. And its wider too, I dont think it needs a resize

It's about the lava's destruction mechanics, not about the width of the item.

If its rarity were increased to blue, that should solve the problem.

Admittedly, that would also work. But does that mean ALL boss summons should have a rarity increase for consistency?
