I'm pretty sure there was a cheat menu that let you spawn enemies, I think it was Shockah's cheat menu but that was before the 1.2 update. The mod you're looking for is probably outdated.

Shockahs Fancy Cheat Menu. You need tAPI, His base mod, the cheat menu base, and the cheat menu standard mods to make it work.

People, maybe someone knows the name of the mod, which has two cool katanas with interesting mechanics. One katana was doing a dash or something like that
