I'm currently looking for one or more people to start a brand new character with me on a new world. I'm saying "New" again and again because I want to be clear that asking to join with a character that is super late game and would instantly break the balance of the game would kind of annoy me. I also really want to play through the game from the start again, because I haven't in some time. Its also a good way to make new friends!~ That being said I would be perfectly fine with multiple people joining in, or if people don't want to, I'm also okay with a smaller group! Either way I feel like it'd be rather fun!
I would totally be willing to play with mods, or without. That 100% depends on you!~
I have played modded before and know how to easily install things, and I've always felt like mods added more to the already wonderful experience that IS Terraria. Though if you don't agree that is also fine! We can discuss it as a group and do what what we think is best as a collective group! Personally I have experience with the big name mods Tremor, Thorium, Calamity and a few smaller ones. Regardless of what we pick I will be happy~
Despite our choices in the modded category, we will definitely be playing on Expert mode.
It makes the game harder, but it also makes it more fun! If you don't think you can play on expert mode, then please don't join! It's not prejudice to newer players; but I want everyone to enjoy themselves, after all, isn't that the point of playing games? That being said, I'd also consider raising the difficulty if we had a mod like calamity although that would definitely be a discussion we would have to have.
Okay, if you're still reading this overly long page of babbling you must be interested! If you want to join, I've set up a nice discord server (complete with nice emotes made by yours true-ly) and you need to join that, I would prefer if anyone who joined was 18+ however. In addition, you MUST SPEAK ENGLISH. This is not to shame anyone, or their culture, but to provide a nice experience for anyone who joins. You DON'T NEED ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH TERRARIA, If you think you'll enjoy Expert mode and you're a new player, you're welcome to join! I would also prefer that everyone who joined had a microphone. If you do join, I will kick you for hateful speech or biggotry! Being mean to anyone else just because you don't like them is NEVER okay!
Now that that's out of the way, I'll leave this as an open invite to all terrarians for the next few days! We can play at anytime that works best for anyone who joins, we can discuss play-times in the discord!
