Lost connection

When im connected to someone else, i can play for 5-15 minutes before being disconnected with the message "Lost connection" how do i fix this rubbish ing bull

Are any of you connected to the Internet over WiFi? If you have a lot of neighbors also using it (or other devices using your WiFi heavily at the same time), there could be hiccups causing disconnects. In that situation, try using WiFi on 5GHz instead if your router supports it.

To clarify, this goes for the person who is hosting as well.

That is often not too reliable unfortunately. Depends on a number of things, including how much traffic your operator is handling currently. Surfing the web is usually ok, but when playing games it's often not enough. Games generally requires a persistent low latency connection which is hard to achieve for the operators currently (it should get better with 5G).

Of course it could also be the WiFi, if you have a lot of neighbors. You could try eliminating that part by connecting your phone to the computer with a USB-cable and use it as a modem.
