Not sure about a furniture that comes in single design, for a function that some people might desire. It probably wouldn't fit every builds where people want to use it.
But if you want "zombie-proof" doors, you don't need anything fancy like that for it anyway, just place a furniture like a workbench or really anything in front of the door on one side. it will prevent the door to open to that direction. the player, and friendly NPCs can open doors in both directions, but monsters can only open it towards the direction they're facing.
so, if a door can't be opened towards the inside of a building, monsters will never break into there, even if it's a blood moon or anything.
the only exceptions are monsters that pass through walls (like wraiths), and [insert swear words of choice] goblin peons that dismantle doors instead of opening them.

I don't think this is a feature that should be locked to post-Moon Lord. Hell, it could even apply to the Iron and Lead doors.
