Blocks & Decoration Make kites place-able!

Hi! I have had an idea on how to make kites be used more; my idea is that you can place a kite on blocks and they will act the same as when they are in a players hand, but instead they will stay tied to the block. This could be used in builds or it could be used to show off rare kites that people might have on a multiplayer world, etc...
