Items Make player-made demon/crimson altar alternative

This would help collectors and also the people grinding for trophies, among others
Going all the way underground, or even to another world, just to craft a boss-summoning item or Night's edge is very annoying.
In fact, something like the Draedon's Forge from Calamity or the Guide's Final Gift from Thorium would be very nice too
 
This indeed would make life easier, but most of my runs I find altars close to my main base and keep those around for the long haul. It's also takes up a couple mins of your time, so it isn't that bad.
