Texture Pack Malicious Face from ULTRAKILL as the Eye of Cthulhu

[Leaper]

Replaces the Eye of Cthulhu with the Malicious Face from Ultrakill. Also replaces Servants to be Hell Orbs. Uses a Language Pack to replace the names as well.
Planned Update: start respriting most EOC related items.
