Console Map zoom is not working

Am I blind or is there no way to zoom in or out on the full screen map? You zoom the minimap but not the full screen one. I can’t find a way even in settings

To zoom the full screen map is RB/R1 + Up/Down on the D-Pad.

Which is also the same buttons to zoom in on your character while you are running around
