so tavernkeep's fav biome is hallow according to some researches, and well i put him in a Hallow Desert biome and this issue happened where his shop removes 2 staffs so that he can sell Pylons. not a major issue, but it happened and i thought i would report it, and i know the solution is simple, "Just move the tavernkeep away from that biome" well a better solution would be to fix the overloaded shop like maybe in 1.4.1 allow shops to have more than one page ? yeh that would be cool, there is already a mod like that called "Shop Expander Mod" but maybe that's a thing that needs to be in terraria since a shop like Tavernkeep can have more items than what one page can have HERE IS A SCREENSHOT.

Yup, this is a bug and was mentioned:

**REPORTED** - Tavernkeeper cannot sell some of the tier 3 sentry staffs if happy

If the tavernkeeper is happy and in a biome, he will sell a pylon, or two pylons, thus blocking you from buying atleast 1 of the staffs, 2 of the staffs if he sells an additional pylon. Moving him out and then back seems to fix this issue, meaning you have to buy the pylons from some other npc.

**REPORTED** - Tavernkeep Full Inventory

When happy, the Tavernkeep will not sell the flameburst staff as it's slot in the inventory is replaced by a pylon.
