PS4 Missing Sprites/Particles

I noticed when I loaded into my game my pets were invisible and that particles were also invisible: bullets, corruptor projectiles, magic projectiles, etc. They were technically still there causing damage, just couldn't see any of them. Ever since then its still occurring every time.

UPDATE: To fix it, just fully reload Terraria by closing it down then loading it back up. I got sick of fighting the Moon Lord and not seeing his attacks

Did it happen in multiplayer or single player? I have experienced this in multiplayer almost 100% of the time. The more people in multiplayer the worse it got. I can't remember if it starts happening in multiplayer it carries over to single player until you close and relaunch the game.
