**REPORTED** [Mobile] Parallax option bug

I scroll parallax into 100, but i quit the game and open Terraria again, i go to settings and then parallax from 100 into 99. Please fix this bug.
PS.Sorry for bad english, I am Thai.

Hi there @KahPohGU, thanks for sharing this. This is an old PC bug carried over to mobile.
