Resolved [Mobile] Where the heck is the Chlorophyte?

My friends who play the game on the PC tell me that Chlorophyte is generally easy to find after enough exploration, but the mobile version did something and made it extra rare. Do any bosses drop it, or is there another way to get it? Can I just place it down on the ground and wait a really long time for it to grow or something?

If it works like the PC version, then it needs mud and to be underground (cavern layer should be low enough) and to be left alone for an in-game day or two. No bosses drop it in PC, not sure about mobile.

Mud in underground jungle.

Also, chlorophyte veins “grow” when surrounded by mud, so if you still find it rare, give it some time.
