That's a lot of mods, I've seen a lot of issues with "Magical things" try disabling that one and seeing if it work. If not, go down the list one by one until you narrow down the issue.

You could Either delete all the major mods to make space for the minor mods.
Or delete all the minor mods along with some unbalanced major mods to make space for some major mods.
Or just delete the unnecessary mods.
