I just bought the game on Steam today, and when in fullscreen mode (I don't enjoy windowed in games that don't allow custom window resizing) I can't move my cursor all the way down or all the way to the right, making it unable to click certain buttons, such as "save character". I have tried every resolution. My monitor is 27-inch (2560 x 1440). I play on macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6.

just for giggles, can you try changing your resolution to 1920x1200 and give the mouse range another test? anything above this will just be a stretched version of this resolution anyway.
