Hello everyone, @Jbro129 and I will be hosting our very first building contest for you all.
The rules are very simple, all you need to do is create a starter house. Except make it more interesting and creative than your standard wooden beginner's block.

Must contain.
1-4 NPC housing spaces
Chests
Basic crafting stations. workbench, anvil, furnace, sawmill.

When this is completed, post a screenshot to this forum thread or send it to us on twitter.

(if you are on ios you can stick multiple screenshots together using pic-collage or other software)

After the contest is finished, we will then post our favourite 5 entries into a video.
I will post the 5 favourite PC entries
Jbro will post the 5 ios/console entries

The contest will finish 8 July 2016

Am I allowed to use tModloader so I can get the items I need for building?

Can I use blocks from other mods

Well, I have no chance of winning, but here's my entry (I kinda spawned in too many NPCs with cheat sheet :p)

Here is my entry! I couldn't stop myself and did 5 npc houses, but only four are taken...
Also, I really wanted to do it on PC, but I've only gotten a new character, and to gather the resources would be annoying...
