Console Multiplayer connection failed bug?

I’m getting an issue on Xbox idk if it’s happening on ps too but when me and my friends try joining each other it says connection failed. Does anyone know how to fix?

Are both you and your friends nat type open? If not then that might the issue.

Yeah both our nat types are open
