Hi, everyone. This is my first post here on the forums. I am announcing the release of my mod Music Maker which was just added to the Mod Browser. With this mod, you can use note blocks to create your own tunes in Terraria. There is a melody synthesizer, a bass synthesizer, and drums. Check out the wiki on instructions to using the mod. A short YouTube video is posted at the bottom of the wiki as well.

In case there is actually an active community for my mod (hopefully there is) I wanted to announce that I will be working on some updates soon. I plan on adding an option to set a couple of different octaves to the notes. I understand it can be difficult to make music when you only have one octave to work with.

I am also thinking of adding more instruments to the mod, but I am waiting for some requests. If you have tried my mod and have any requests for instruments please leave your requests here!
