Xbox Series S/X My friend keeps getting failed to join session

Today and yesterday, we have been having this problem. His NAT type is Open, his UPNP is working, he has restarted his router, restarted his Xbox, he has uninstalled and reinstalled, I don't know what else we can do. Please help, I wanna play the game.
