Heya guys. I need help!! The update is very very near and I am so excited. I just need help.
My game runs at 30 FPS but it won't go beyond 30 FPS. I see it go up to 56 FPS sometimes, but it goes back to 30 again.
Settings:
Lighting - Retro (changing it to Color/White drastically changes the FPS)
Quality - Low (Even on High setting the games runs smoothly in 30 FPS)
Multicore Lighting is off
Resolution: 1388x768 - 1920x1080
The game is on fullscreen. The game is running more smoothly when on fullscreen.
Other settings don't really affect my FPS.
I set the game's priority to High/Realtime in my Task Manager. I changed a lot of settings, deleted apps, removed unnecessary files but the game still locks on 30 fps.
I have a very weak laptop.
