PC My MoonGlow isn't growing?

Moonglow will only bloom when it becomes nighttime, enabling you to harvest the plant and new seeds from it. Nighttime in Terraria is considered to be 7:30pm-4:29am in-game.
After planting the seeds it can take an in-game day or 2 for them to grow overall before they can bloom. I would try waiting a bit longer, and then checking on the plants at night time.
