I've been playing terraria for years now on a 144hz monitor and I never noticed I had a problem until recently. I was watching some videos on youtube about the new update and saw how their mouse cursors were moving as if they were past 60 fps. It bothered me a lot because I know my PC can handle going past that but no matter what I did, my mouse looked choppy on my screen. I even went into NVIDIA control and turned off V-sync, but all that did was make the background on the title screen move super fast. Does anybody have a solution to this problem? (Yes I turned on/off frameskip.). (Also, my game doesn't look to smooth when I'm travelling fast like down a hellevator).
