I've tried to put it in both modes (toggle and hold) but none works, I'm trying to use it in my mining, if anyone could help it would be a great help ...

The first thing I would do and then verify:
- Delete the config.json in \Documents\My Games\Terraria
- Launch Terraria
- Configure Smart Cursor in Settings
- See if it works in game

Same for me... my smart cursor isnt working, and i need it for building and mining i did everything i could imagine to make it work but, no results
