Hello Anorath,
If you are able, could you capture a screenshot of what your character looks like? You can do this with the Xbox icon button on your Xbox One Controller and from there it should be possible to upload.

Do you have dyes in in all dye slots (for the clothes, not the accessories)? I had them in all the character slots, and that happened to me.
