3DS Necromantic Scroll not Dropping at all

    I've been looking at the official terraria wiki and also by doing multiple runs of the pumpkin moon and the wiki says that it is available. I have done over 100+ runs of the Pumpkin Moon and haven't gotten a single drop of it. Is this a bug or am I just getting extremely unlucky?
