Contrary to popular beliefs, you don't need sprites for a successful/good suggestion, just solid ideas and details. They do help, but not when an idea is so much a bust like this one.
Back on topic, no. Why would this drop from Necromancer alone, and leave out the other two dungeon mages? You're probably doing this based on the name, but balance is to be pursued first. Leaving out the other two is a big no no.
There's also no details on the minion A.I and its stats. If the A.I is gonna utilize mobs' fighter A.I, no thanks. By the time you've reached post-plantera, the mobs should at least fly, or have projectiles.... or at least some sort of unique ability.
