need help deciding pixel art software and question

hello, I am a making a mod and I am the only one working on it and I want to know if piskel is a good drawing software. also how do I put images that are from my folders. in forums.
 
Piskel is not that bad, but if you want a really good software buy Aseprite. To upload pictures to the forum just drag them in or upload them.
 
I've used Aesprite before, it's a really good tool, it's one of the highest rated tools on steam with 99% positive reviews, the user reviews don't lie, it really is the best pixel art tool I've used, although I didn't learn how to make full use of its features, there are plenty of useful features.
Even though I was overwhelmed, I would still highly recommend it to you.
