Need help on stuff i forgot

Can someone help me, i forgot the names of the mods or items inside this pic.
i know the vanilla ones like the ones in 7, 8, 10, 15, 16, etc.
but i forgot about the modded ones like 2, or 4. (i especially need to know that sword)
send help pleaaaaaaaseeeeeeeee.
(also this is my first post, i just made an acc to ask this. )

this was an old screenshot, and i have since deleted all of these mods, i'm starting a new playthrough but i forgot what mods i used back then
