tAPI Need help with a custom boomerang thingy.

So i got this crazy idea of a boomerang that mimics the razorblade typhoon behavior, i tried to make this but i have no idea how since im new to modding so is it possible to create something like this? Like it's a boomerang but when thrown does the same thing that the razorwheel does (bounces to enemies) and after its done it returns to me and can be thrown again.

Also how to i make my current boomerang not be able to be thrown while it's still out? Like not having multiple of them out at once.
