@Redigit🌳 for the next update being near Halloween a new npc got after completing the pumpkin moon maybe a headless horseman or a scarecrow

he could sell halloween decorations like Santa sell Christmas decorations

I thought about why goblins army, ooa, pirate invasion, frost moon/Christmas have npc, but pumpkin moon no, I'm totally agree with this.

I think he could sell a outfit halloween decorations and maybe goody bags or items from goody bags and for biome preference I would say caverns or desert

I'm guess he could be first npc which actually prefer crimson or corruption, but i know it's makes no sense, another biome could be underworld

Considering Halloween was originally related to demonic spirits and witches, the Underworld seems like the best fit!

I was thinking that but yea it doesn’t really make sense to me

Considering Halloween was originally related to demonic spirits and witches, the Underworld seems like the best fit!

A while ago I suggested a Halloween spirit, but a scarecrow would be a good implementation too!
