I just got the 1.3.4 update and was looking forward to the kool water. I have it on but it doesn't work D: please help.

What lighting mode and quality are you using? If you're using Retro or Trippy, and Low Quality, the waves won't appear at all. Also check that the settings for the waves are enabled as well.
