Working as Designed not showing clumsy slime when popping balloon

so when i try to pop ballon to bring clumsy slime it didnt work i pop many slime on ballon and still not working. You see this is purple balloon that i am going to shoot it

this is after i shoot the balloon you see clumsy slime is not showing after i shoot balloon

so i tried with many slime on balloon but not succees on getting the clumsy slime

To get the clumsy slime, you'll need to go up to the space layer of your world. If you have a Lifeform Analyzer, it'll show up as a rare creature when it spawns nearby.
