Nymph perfume not popping up in recipe browser

Hi im very new to modded terraria and im currently playing eternity mode fargos mutant/souls. When i use the recipe browser to see the nymph perfume its not there and when i click on the nymph mob to see its drop its not there. However when i use the blue star that the deviant gave me that suggests loadouts it pops up.
