I'm in the underground ocean (ie. the part of the world where there are parallax backwalls that have shells embedded in them).
Happy NPCs here sell ocean pylons - NOT underground pylons - implying that this is still part of the ocean. However, the ocean pylon doesn't work here - it gives the error message "not in correct biome."
If this is still the ocean, then the ocean pylon should work here. If this is the underground biome and not the ocean, then NPCs should sell the underground pylon instead of the ocean one. Either way, it needs to be fixed.
EDIT: I tested with other pylons in case it was another one in the network that was the problem. (I thought at first maybe it was the desert pylon also being in a graveyard.) No, it's definitely the underground ocean pylon that's the problem.
