I was playing terraria with a friend and when we summoned the old one army, it appeard that only one portal spawned.
I though it was a pretty interesting phenomen that would be worth to take a look on.

I've encountered this bug too, during a multiplayer class run on master mode. I didn't see what happened because the others were doing the OOA together while I was mining, and when I saw their confusion in chat I teleported to them. What was strange was that at first, both portals were there for me, but all of a sudden, the left one kinda just stopped being there.
It turned into spawncamping the enemies.

I dont really remember if i was there when we summoned it but i remember seeing the left portal for a couple of second too.
