NPCs & Enemies Placeholder replacements for tavernkeep npc.

[Stardust Guardian]

So I heard that the tavernkeep has some placeholder text, and I immediatly thought of some text for him during the party event!

• If party girl is present while party is going "That Girl seems to like confetti, maybe I can use some and make my ale rainbow? That sounds like witchcraft honestly... and a new flavor!"
• If the player toasts him during the party and then talked to "We all like ale, ale there ale here, its the solution to life's problems and troubles, but also makes you a tad drunk.
• If attacked by a rainbow slime while the party is going and rainbow blocks plus wallpaper is the house he lives in "I must have drank too much ale, I see rainbows.. everywhere!

As you can see, its not much, but I think it might restore that hole that was the tavernkeep's file. Of course, I thought of it from the top of my head, so it is kinda not well thought out. (like the rest of terraria is)
